A remarkable fully glazed rotunda has been added as an extension of the two levels of this dwelling, bringing an essential amenity to the dwelling and a strong luminosity to the whole house. The base of the rotunda is treated like the prow of a ship, with a pointed terrace surrounded by an artificial river in a closed circuit, denoting the care given to the aesthetics of the entire property. A second terrace, on the west side, is accessible via a beautiful arched door that allows one to enjoy the privacy of the evening sun.

The secondary property, located opposite, has retained its agricultural building aspect. It includes a large stable, an unfinished attic and a rental apartment. It needs to be refreshed. Its distance from the other side of the garden courtyard and the arrangement of trees and groves avoids the view from one dwelling to the other.
