In the center of Brittany, in the land of Arthur's legends, this set of two farmhouses, courtyard and chapel, framing a square courtyard, constitutes the outbuildings of a XVIIth century castle, today disappeared.

The property with an "equestrian" character, on a ground of approximately 4,5ha made up of enclosed meadows bordered of wood, offers two lodgings of 250 sqm and 80 sqm to you. The main house has been restored with originality and taste and makes it an exceptional residence. It is accessed by a private road lined with young trees.

The building is made up of four buildings: two former farmhouses/stables partly converted into living quarters, a courtyard, and a former chapel to be restored.

The main house is a beautiful farmhouse of 40m length and about 6m depth inside, built in local schist on two levels under a well-proportioned roof in "Eternit" in good condition, not bleaching. Its openings are vertical windows and bay windows decorated with cut granite.

A remarkable fully glazed rotunda has been added as an extension of the two levels of this dwelling, bringing an essential amenity to the dwelling and a strong luminosity to the whole house. The base of the rotunda is treated like the prow of a ship, with a pointed terrace surrounded by an artificial river in a closed circuit, denoting the care given to the aesthetics of the entire property. A second terrace, on the west side, is accessible via a beautiful arched door that allows one to enjoy the privacy of the evening sun.

The secondary property, located opposite, has retained its agricultural building aspect. It includes a large stable, an unfinished attic and a rental apartment. It needs to be refreshed. Its distance from the other side of the garden courtyard and the arrangement of trees and groves avoids the view from one dwelling to the other. The converted apartment has about 80sqm, it is rented furnished with a one-year agreement.

The chapel, desacralized, is a beautiful building with a high majestic roof attached to the main house. It brings elegance and aesthetics to the complex. It can easily be converted into a reception or exhibition space.

The pastures and the stable are sufficient to accommodate several horses. 6 ha of additional pasture located between 1 and 3 km are available by complementary sale to a person with the status "farmer". An old training arena could be restored.

The property is located on the edge of a rural hamlet with a supermarket and a health center with a nurse. The main town is 3 km away and has all amenities, school, restaurants, pharmacy, small shops. The main city is Rennes, 50 km away (TGV, airport). An airfield is about 20 km away.
